My primary goal is to educate and inspire sellers. There are a lot of things to consider when you sell your home, and I make sure you have a deep understanding of all of your options.

The Selling Process

Step 1.

We’ll meet to discuss your goals and motivations for selling. We’ll review a current market analysis of your home to determine its value, and review a net proceeds sheet so you can fully understand the costs of selling, and if you are selling at a strategic time to make the most amount of profit.

Step 2.

Prior to listing your home, we’ll have a thorough conversation about the costs involved with selling your home. There’s more to the process than just commission. I’ll help you understand excise tax, closing fees and all of the “hidden” costs of selling a home that you may not have considered before.

My job is to make sure you understand the entire selling process so there aren’t any surprises along the way (well, good surprises are always welcome)! We’ll also work together to pick a photographer who has a stellar reputation and technique to position your home in the perfect light, so that we can be sure to get the highest offer possible.

Step 3.

Once I list your home I’ll support your listing with an advanced marketing package that uses industry-leading digital marketing techniques. I’ll position your home to attract prequalified buyers who are willing and serious about buying your home.

Step 4.

While your home is on the market, I will follow up with every agent that comes through your home for feedback and gauge their interest level. I’ll have a close conversation with them and move forward with serious prequalified buyers and their agents.

Step 5.

Once an offer is made, I’ll carefully examine every option and negotiate fiercely on your behalf. My sellers deserve only the best, and I won’t settle for less! Your happiness and success are my only focus.

Step 6.

After we accept an offer, I’ll stand ready to help you through the appraisal, inspection and closing process. A lot can happen in those weeks before closing, and I’m ready to be your rock every step of the way. My job is to help you focus on the next, exciting chapter in your life!

Should we encounter bumps along the way, we will tackle them together and keep heading towards the finish line. I have long-standing partnerships with area vendors and contractors who we can tap into at any time. I will always go the extra mile to ensure your best interests are looked after and your goals are accomplished.
